When life is at its best, we feel alive and connected. But sometimes, our life and relationships get off course, and the joy and passion disappear. It doesn't have to be, and it is possible to get back to the life you love and be ready for future challenges.
Life
Life is beautiful when you have a connection to friends, family, and the world around you. At times it can feel perfect, and everything is going your way. Then there are downtimes, and you wonder if it will ever get better. What if you were able to navigate those times in a way you could still enjoy? What if they didn't have to last as long, or maybe you could do things to avoid the times in the first place. There are things you can do to make that happen. It doesn't mean there will still not be ups and downs, but you will be able to navigate them better.

When relationships are strong, there is nothing like it in the world. They seem effortless and fuel you. Then there are times when relationships lose the spark and disagreements tear you apart. Someone says the wrong thing, and BAM, you don't know what hit you, but it's not good. Any relationship from significant others, kids, friends, and co-workers can be improved.
